By entering a product into the showcase, exhibitors will receive exclusive exposure and publicity, including pre-show and post-event promotion to industry media. They'll also have the chance to win an Annual MEDevice Silicon Valley INNOVATION SHOWCASE Award, which also includes industry-wide recognition and media attention.
But that's not all! In addition to providing exhibitors with the opportunity to showcase their products in the product gallery, we are also offering a platform for exhibitors to present their products. Exhibitors who submit a product can sign up for a five-minute presentation where they can highlight their product's unique features, benefits, and market potential. This engaging feature will provide attendees with a deeper understanding of the products and services on display and allow exhibitors to connect with potential buyers on a more personal level.

How to Submit Your Product
Enter your products or services for the INNOVATION SHOWCASE by completing the entry form through the Exhibitor Portal. Just search Innovation Showcase to find the application. You may login to your Exhibitor Portal, here.
Submission Deadline: Friday, November 8, 2024.
Please note the following guidelines and information for product submissions:
- All entries will be reviewed to ensure they meet the product guidelines. Exhibitors will be notified via the email provided on their entry form within 72 hours.
- Each exhibiting company may enter up to three (3) products.
- When registering product(s)/service(s) online, please be prepared to provide the following information: Image of Product, Company Name, Booth Number, Product Name, Product Description.
Entry Fee:
There is no cost to submit an entry.
Entries must be submitted by November 8, 2024.
Innovation deserves recognition and we're excited to present two (2) award categories for the INNOVATION SHOWCASE:
- Product of the Year
- People's Choice
Winners of these prestigious awards will receive:
- Industry-wide recognition and media attention through a dedicated MEDevice press release.
- All attendee leads generated from the INNOVATION SHOWCASE area (post-show), providing the opportunity for meaningful follow-up and potential business development.
- Custom digital artwork to promote their award post-show, such as in press releases, social media posts, company website, tradeshow displays, packaging, advertising, and corporate email signature, among others.

- Social media (post-show) through tagged mentions of the winning company's social media accounts.
- A post-show MEDevice Silicon Valley email campaign, which will be sent to all 2024 show attendees and will showcase the winning companies and products.

Products must demonstrate innovation, uniqueness, market potential, and/or relevance to the industry.
- Must be a 2024 exhibitor to enter.
- The product(s) or service(s) MUST have been released to market within the last 12 months and currently available for purchase or available within 24 months post-event.
- No prototypes allowed.
- The product(s)/service(s) must be manufactured or exclusively distributed by a company exhibiting at this year’s event.
- New company launches are not eligible.
Product Display:
- A product display sign will be provided by event management with company name, booth number, product name, and description.
- No samples, brochures, ads, sales sheets, flyers, or giveaways are allowed in the showcase area.
- Exhibitors may bring spec/information sheets (8.5x11 max) to add to their display.
- Products must be removed from packaging unless packaging is the displayed product.
Presentation:
- Companies may schedule a five-minute presentation on our Center Stage (Limited space available on a first come, first served basis).
- Exhibitors may sign up for a product presentation slot when submitting their entry form.
- Only one (1) presentation per company, even if multiple products are entered.
- No video presentations in lieu of in-person presentations.
Placement of Items: MEDevice Show Management retains the right to exercise reasonable discretion in placing product displays and may relocate any product display if deemed necessary.
Liability for Missing/Stolen Items: Informa Markets Engineering shall not be held liable for any loss or theft of items entered into the INNOVATION SHOWCASE.
Consent for Photography: By entering a product or service into the INNOVATION SHOWCASE, the exhibitor consents to the use of photography or reproduction of any information included in the product description by the public or media.
Transportation and Material Handling Costs: Show Management assumes no responsibility for any costs associated with transportation, spotting, or material handling.

Product: PATH™ (Packaging Accelerated Timeline Help)

Product Description:
“Pre-validated” packaging has been developed in recent years as a way to shorten packaging development timelines; unfortunately, the pre-validated solutions currently available to the medical industry are insufficient. Pre-validations were performed with empty packaging material, which offers no guarantee that the sterile barrier will survive the distribution and delivery process with anything other than air inside. Perhaps the empty package meets all specifications, but it certainly behaves differently with an actual device inside, which could result in a puncture or tear that renders the contents useless due to sterility compromise. Furthermore, when creating and testing a new package, it could fail validation at any point in the process. A project could be 20 weeks into a 26 week process when testing reveals that the packaging fails after aging, which sadly resets the development clock, representing an existential threat to many start-ups.
Eagle Medical is proud to announce the Packaging Accelerated Timeline Help (PATH) system. PATH True-Validated® packaging is completely validated in accordance with ISO 11607-1:2015 and medical industry standards. True-Validated packaging compresses timelines by eliminating the need to design and build packaging, source materials, validate processes, and test the packaging. The True-Validated system includes both inner and outer sterile barrier (suitable for implants) along with a single pack product box and labeling. Additionally, PATH participants receive a complete representative data set backed by reports, charts, and protocols based on actual distribution testing after sterilization, that allows easy adoption of the packaging and process into any QMS. The sole remaining task is to write up the adoption rationale and submit to the FDA. The resulting contraction in launch schedule equates to $250,000 to $1 million in average burn-rate savings, and can provide the competitive edge required to win the race to market.
