Let’s talk about water and staying hydrated throughout the day. The general rule is to drink 8 cups (64 ounces) of water a day. This can vary depending on your age, sex, weight, activity level and overall health. Water is essential for maintaining the balance of bodily fluids, which regulate processes like digestion, absorption, circulation, and temperature control. Changing your day, like traveling to an event, can cause unexpected changes in your routine. Make sure to bring your water bottle with you to ensure you stay properly hydrated all day long.
